PLEASE READ OUR Terms & Conditions and FAQs carefully. When you download an AIRR: A Book of Practical TEKS PDF, you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

RUSSELL’S EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING is a small independent company, founded and published by a math teacher. We ask that you help us in our mission by complying with these Terms & Conditions.

RUSSELL’S EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SHARE OUR PRODUCTS. A Single User License grants one person the right to access and use the product in their classroom. The AIRR: A Book of Practical TEKS PDF Digital copies are not meant to be shared.

  • Please do not copy or share the Descriptions, Activity Sheets or Answer Keys.
  • Please do not post the Descriptions, Activity Sheets, or Answer Keys on a website for others to view. This includes school websites and teacher pages on school websites.
  • You can make in-house photocopies of downloaded material to distribute to only your class.
  • You may not pay any third party to copy and or bind downloaded content.
  • Please do not send out downloaded content to any third party, including school districts, to copy and or bind downloaded content. You may not publish, or compile downloaded content into the digital equivalent of a bound book.
  • You may distribute downloaded content digitally to your class only through on enclosed environments such as Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams.
  • If you are a school, please purchase a license for each teacher/user.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR COPYRIGHT. We own the copyright on all the AIRR BOOKS. When you download our BOOKS, you are given a Single User License. In addition to agreeing not to copy or share the AIRR Products, we ask you not to:

  • Reverse-engineer the printed materials in our books. This includes copying or binding of downloaded AIRR Books, on paper or digitally.
  • Change or delete any authorship, copyright mark, version, property or other metadata.
  • Put the Descriptions, Activity Sheets, or Answer Keys or any of our materials on a network where people other than you can access it
  • If you modify the Descriptions or Activity Sheets, please credit Teksairr.
